If a student encounters an issue with an invalid code when trying to access digital course materials, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Confirm that the student is  using the code for the correct product.
  2. Make sure you have no extra spaces taking over when you copy and paste the PIN code
  3. If the problem persists after troubleshooting, the professor or the student should contact the support team with the following information:
    • Course enrolment key.
    • PIN code that is not working.
    • Error message received when trying to enroll
  4. The support team will investigate the issue and may update the PIN code if necessary. They will communicate the resolution back to the professor or the student.
  5. Once the issue is resolved, the student should be able to use the updated PIN code to access the digital course materials.
